SIGN UP FOR SPORT READY

- Please follow the two step process -

1. Please ensure you complete the registration/waiver form before signing up to Teamo. All athletes require a new registration form for insurance purposes.

   If you have already completed the registration form please skip this step.

2. After you have completed the registration/waiver form please sign up to teamo our club management app. You will be assigned your squad and payment will be made via the app.
